Energy is the invisible force that makes up everything — our bodies, thoughts, emotions, and even the world around us. You can’t always see it, but you can definitely feel it. It’s what gives life its spark.

Energy is the fundamental essence of the universe — it’s what everything is made of. Every person, object, and thought carries its own unique energy, kind of like a fingerprint.

Even emotions have energy. Think about the difference between joy and anger — both are energy, but they feel totally different, right? That’s because each emotion vibrates at its own frequency — like different notes on a piano.

Each of us has our own “energy wave” — what I call your energy field.
It’s made up of all the energies that exist within you — your experiences, emotions, memories, and beliefs.

That’s what makes you you.
