💫Intuition — Reconnecting With Your Inner Wisdom
We are all born deeply intuitive. As children, we trust our instincts, follow our curiosity, and feel energy naturally. But as we grow, life teaches us to second-guess — to rely more on logic, fear, and external validation. Over time, we begin to tune out that inner voice that’s been quietly guiding us all along.
The good news? Your intuition never goes away — it just waits for you to listen again. And once you remember you have it, you can hone in and train it.
What Is Intuition?
Intuition is your ability to receive and understand information beyond logic — a direct connection to universal intelligence or your higher self. It’s the quiet knowing that nudges you toward what’s right for you, even when it doesn’t “make sense.”
There are four main ways people experience intuition:
👁 Seeing (Clairvoyance): You get images, colors, or visuals in your mind’s eye.
👂 Hearing (Clairaudience): You hear words, sounds, or guidance internally.
💡 Knowing (Claircognizance): You just know something with deep certainty.
💗 Feeling (Clairsentience): You sense energy emotionally or physically, like chills, warmth, or heaviness.
You may have one that feels strongest, but all of them can be developed with awareness and practice.
How I Use Intuition in My Work
In every energy session and throughout my Release to Rise program, I use intuition alongside muscle testing to access deeper layers of insight. Muscle testing shows what your body is saying; intuition helps reveal why — and what’s needed next.
